I like to apply a narrative approach to UX Design, thinking through each part of the experience as a chapter in a book, enticing the user to keep reading to find out what comes next and building a world they become a part of. This is how I add value to brands and create beautiful, useful products.
I began my career in Higher Education publishing and sales, and then transitioned into UX where I’ve been for 6 years. I’ve worked on small teams and as a solo practitioner, building the UX process from the ground up, guiding UX strategy, and collaborating across different teams. I’ve created tools on both mobile and web, for B2B and B2C, and for internal and external users. Let’s build your UX story together.
